Are you a distributor or a manufacturing factory?
We are a source factory specializing in the production of electric forklifts, and we possess one of the few production qualifications for special equipment in China.
How long is the delivery cycle after the payment is completed?
There are currently more than 100 ready-made vehicles in our workshop. lf it isnot a customized vehicle, it can be shipped atany time. For customized vehicles, the delivery cycle is approximately 10 days.
How should l make the payment?
A 30% advance payment is required. After the product testing is completed, we will send you the testing videos and product photos. You just need to pay off the remaining balance before the goods are shipped.
How long can it work after being fully charged?
Our standard configuration can meet the needs of comprehensive operation for 6 hours. lt can also be customized according to the operation intensity and duration required by customers
How should we do if the machine broken ?
You can take a video to us and our technicians will analyze the cause of the problem based on the video.
Can the machine use the trademark of our own company?
Yes, of course.
